Does anyone know anything about growing the gumbi gumbi tree? I have heard it is being used for cancer but as there are about seven or so different types it is important to get the right one?

RE: WANTED: gumbi gumbi

Hi Jan,
I'm pretty sure the one you are after is Pittosporum phylliraeoides. Please do your research thoroughly and don't rely only on my advice, I really don't know much about it. I believe some of the gumbi gumbi trees are actually toxic, so be careful. Good luck.
Cheers,
Dee.
