HAVE: Seed of Cissus discolor

I have fresh seed of Cissus discolor (The Bigonia Vine). An exotic vine grown for its highly coloured leaf, particularly in new growth. Frost sensitive but otherwise hardy. Makes a good basket plant. Need to watch if planted in open in tropical areas as it can become rampant. An old exotic introduction that is now seldom seen in collections.

Kuranda, (a voice from a whole town? !!)
I was wondering if the seeds germinate easily, do they come up under the vine and do the birds eat them?
Thanks from Kris
