WANTED: Anasazi bean
| | |
Posted by Raymondo Sydney Aust (My Page) on Sun, Jun 5, 05 at 20:23
Hi,
I'm looking for a bean called Anasazi. It's a Pinto type, originally grown by the Anasazi Indians. It is low in tannin (an 'anti-nutrient') and lectins (toxic proteins) found in most bean seeds.
Thanks for any help. |
