WANTED: Pandanus veitchii 'white' (variegated)

| Hello again, while in Indonesia recently I saw a variegated pandanus with irregular white striping on the and around the margins of the leaf. This one had spines on the leaf margins and also a row of spines under the leaf on the midrib. I *think* it is Pandanus veitchii "white". I have the P. sanderii with the central gold stripe and no leaf spines, but now I would also like to obtain one of these. Does anyone have any offsets they would be willing to trade?
Cheers, Scott |

| Scott, are they just small spines? If so, I think it is what I have. Mine are just small, but am happy to share with you if it is what you are after. Pam |

| Hi Pam, yes the spines were quite small, hardly noticeable compared to the native one that grows here. Thanks you for your offer to share, it is much appreciated. If you send me a photo or your specimens by email I should be able to tell if it is the same or not. Then we can go from there and you can see if there is anything I've currently got that you might be interested in as a trade. My email is ariscott"at"bigpond.com, just replace the "at" with @ when typing the address. Got to try and fool those spammers somehow! Cheers, Scott |
