RE: WANTED: Banana palm

Hi greyim - I've got some lady finger pups though they'll need special treatment in Taswegia.

To keep them alive - they'll need to be in a large pot - preferably on wheels so that you can move them inside whenever the weather gets close to 6 or 8 degrees celcius - I believe they may take lower temps once they are established.

The banana forum has some ideas of what to do in cold areas.

I'll message you with my address, if you still want one send a large prepaid plastic postpack and I'll get one off to you.

RE: WANTED: Banana palm

Hello Paradisi
Unfortunately I have found out quarantine won't let banana plants across state borders... worried about disease in the Tasmania banana farms :-)
thanks tho, Greyim
