WANTED: the best seed catalouges

I am alwas searching for exotic asiatic native rare seeds. I know already Eden Diggers Gipsland and Grenpatch seeds. Does anybody know somethinng else?

A couple of sites to get you going Check AQIS site (IKON) for details of prohibited seeds. Usually if not on prohibited list, no trouble in getting seeds in. Chiltern Seeds and BT Seeds also have some interesting stuff.

wow -really interesting sites , did you order seeds from abroad? I fear having problems! Are there comparable mailorders in Australia?

Hedwig,

Have had no trouble getting seeds in from O/S as long as not on prohibited list. Germination of Chiltern seed almost 100% Only trouble experienced was when O/S company sent short viability (Aroid) seed in spagnum. Even then AQIS great as advised and had me authorise removal of material, seeds then forwarded. Despite Doomsayers, have had great success with importing seed. The really great Master List is the B & T Seeds site. If interested, happy to send expanded list direct to you so as not to clutter this posting.
