We made a meal of a 550 gram Soldaki tonight with sour dough bread, feta cheese , flat leaf parsley , salt pepper and extra virg olive oil ;....YUM
The Soldaki is a winner.

Very handsome plant, too? It was the best-looking plant in my garden last season by a mile.

Let me at it, Mantis. Lol. I want that tomato snack.

Looks like a beauty and my kind of feed. I'm betting there are plenty more to come. A very prolfiic one for me and long yielding. I think it can handle the heat. And as Finbar says: vigorous and a pretty PL. And flavour is just great and consistent. Which is why I'm growing it again this year :)

(Noticed in the paper y'day there's a public company listed as Finbar. Have you set-up a travel agency or soemthing?)

Yes there are plenty more to come and it is still setting fruit. Its a keeper for sure.

I started feeling very hungry after that picture.
That is a "wow" tomato.
I can't see any of my tomatoes tipping the scales like that one.

This Soldacki is a brute of a thing. I counted 40 fruit on it and they are all getting big. I will be planting more than one of these next year.
