| I couldn't see the picture of the beautiful strawberries in a decorative glass bowl surrounded by a few stalks of rhubarb. Nope, couldn't see it at all!!! |

| Rhubarb Recipe Rhubarb Bread Pudding
2 cups rhubarb (chopped)
2 cups bread (cubed)
Mix bread cubes and rhubarb together put in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Mix together the following and pour over bread cubes and rhubarb.
2/3 cup of sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups milk Dot with butter.
Bake in covered casserole for 30 minutes, uncover and bake 30 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/4-cup brown sugar over and brown 3 minutes. |

| Oh, yum! Thanks heaps for that. I'm glad I've still got plenty of rhubarb to harvest. Must make this pudding next week. :) |
