freezing chillis

We have another great crop of hot and really hot chillis this year. We don`t want to dry them and believe freezing them works well. Do we need to do anything to them or just freeflow them and bag them

Bag them and put them straight in the freezer. They'll last at least a year. They go a bit mushy when they thaw out, so I make sure I cut mine up when they're still frozen. You can't tell the difference when they're cooked.

Ditto, fine to freeze straight away.
