Early loquats

Hello All,
What's the best early loquats about? There's been one reasonable one ripe hear for a couple of weeks near Sale, south eastern Vic. What's else is about?

| Neil, mine are ripe too. I'm not sure what variety they are cause i grew them from seed that i got from a huge fruited loquat, hoping that my fruit would be nice and big like the parent. First fruit this year and they are fantastic, big juicy and sweet. I am happy to send seed to anyone who has the patience to wait all those years for fruit ( took about seven years to fruit!). regards, Fiona |

| queensland I know - the wild tree I raid each year finished three weeks ago - - poor tree struggles in a rain forest gully along a creek near me. I do have a couple of seedlings growing because they are quite a nice fruit. |
