Dwarf Peach Question

Posted by Neil_in_WA Perth, Australia (My Page) on

Hi everyone,

First post for me here, though I've been lurking for a while now :)

I have a dwarf peach on the balcony this year (one of the pixzee varieties) and it's flowering well with lots of blossoms, but I haven't seen many insects etc around the flowers to help with pollination.

What can I do to try to improve this, and is there anything else to do that will help get the most fruit out of the tree?

Cheers,

- Neil

RE: Dwarf Peach Question

Is this the only plant in flower on the balcony or nearby? Bees are usually avid workers of peach blossoms, though for many varieties, you'll still get fruit without them.
