What seeds can I sow ?

| I live on the central coast. I would like a planting guide for my area, for fruit and veges, can anyone point me in that direction ?
Also some suggestions as to what I can sow now, or soon, would be most welcomed.

Popi, I used to live on the Central Coast. The zone is temperate/warm temperate. Some areas (the Woy Woy peninsula) get no frost and verge on the sub-tropical.
The Eden Seeds sowing guide that Helen pointed you to is very useful as is Cosmic's Moon Planting guide. I took the trouble to copy Eden's guide and make 4 separate planting guides for the 4 zones. You can download it by clicking here.
