Potatoes going yellow

I am having trouble with one or two potatoe plants turning yellow and not growing. They have been planted from spuds that started growing in the cupbourd. The soil is a well manured red sandy loam, with this being the first crop.
Is this a nutrient deficiency or pest problem.

I don't grow potatoes myself, but I know they can be subject to nematodes. Click on the link below for some info.
