Hi Justin,

I was also interested in these and have found out that there are actualy a few different native limes and a couple of cultivars. see: http://www.clw.csiro.au/nativefoods/crops/citrus.html

I was interested because I managed to buy some native blood limes at the fruit shop in Fairy Meadow last year and I had seen plants of the finger lime for sale at the nursery adjacent to the fruit shop there (the name has slipped my mind at the moment). I didn't see the plants there last week when I was out there, but then again I wasn't really looking closely as I am not ready to buy them yet. If you know the fruit shoop and nursery you could try them - else email me and I'll give you their address. I believe I have also seem the finger lime plant at the Albion Park Nursery (not the one at the roundabout, but the one nearer to the airport). Let me know if you need directions.

Regards,

Fiona

I don't think it's Kosher for me to put someones phone number in a public forum, but I'll post a link to the ABC which mentions a bloke from Kenilworth and then you'll have to figure out how to use white pages yourself - I only do it this way because I'd hate someone to put my phone number in a public forum without my consent

http://www.abc.net.au/gardening/stories/s839492.htm

I'm waiting on a catalogue for myself from him, so I hope he doesn't mind the extra business from here.

Here is a link that might be useful: abc gadening australia

I've tried the link in the ABC story and also Dayleys - both want orders of greats amounts of cash before they'll look at posting them to you.

The bloke in the ABC story does have seedlings for $5 each, but the minimum order is one tray of 20 plus postage on three trays because the courier/carrier has a minimum charge of three trays.

If anyone has seeds or a nursery who will sell one or two plants, can they post it here or email me please??
