Varieties of Tomatoes

Posted by bluey NSW Aust (My Page) on

(Does tomatoe have an 'e' in it?) Well, I want to grow some diff varieties this year. I am sick of the same old, same old we buy at the nursery (and haven't their prices increased!!). I don't have much success in growing from seeds (and I don't know why) but would really love to grow some interesting varieties. I live on the Central Coast of NSW. Can anyone help here?

RE: Varieties of Tomatoes

Hi Bluey,
There'll be no shortage of offers of interesting seeds. Let me be the first. How about a selection of colours - a nice red, a pink, a yellow, an orange and a striped.
Just send me an email with your address and I'll pop a selection in the post.
Growing from seed is fairly straight forward provided you observe a few rules. I'll include a description of how I go about it with the seeds.
Ray
