Cauliflower going to seed to soon

Hi,
Can anyone give me some advise on cauliflowers, mind are going to seed before the head matures. Do you know what is causing the problem.

Not sure where in NSW you are but caulis should be planted out December-February. Paleleaf is a good reliable variety

If anybody is interested I am putting a monthly planting guide on my blog. August has just gone up there. If you have any trouble reading it please let me know because I'm never sure how it will look on other computers.
