Rubarb varieties

| Please excuse the second post, if it came through twice. I couldnt see the first one.
I am wondering if there is any taste differences in red or green rubarb, or any of the varieties for that matter. |

There are different varieties of rhubarb and they tend to have varying degrees of colour in the stem...as far as I can tell there is no taste variation that is discernable according to colour depth but here may be small nutrient differences because of the colour variation
