| I have 3 cassava still with leaves (that are now shedding) they are from Daleys (where I get some fabulous plants highly recommended)I have planted them in a sheltered spot free draining and a good sandy loam mixed with lots of organic. They receive sun (when it is shining) all day.
I have watered them in with seaweed and biodynamic fish emulsion. I am wondering if anyone in Melbourne is growing cassava and can help with their care...ie should I have plastic around them in winter (never gets frosty here) I had cassava once beforeplanted as rooted cuttings in winter and they perished..I love cassava and desperately want it to grow Any comments and help is much appreciated cheers |
