My contribution to Marysville

Okay, they're not yet edible, but they will be. Here's what I have on my Tuscan window sill:

Heaps of Pink Gaetano, Brandywine OTV, Kellogg's Breakfast, Cherokee Chocolate, Jaune Flammee, Jaune Negib, Zogola, Golden Queen, Marianna's Peace, Soldacki, Anna Russian and Camp Joy. I've got some San Marzanos just germinating.

And, to fill in time, I also started some Cos lettuce, Brussel Sprouts, leeks and onions:

One day the ground will be warm enough (a) to plant them; and (b) sow direct.

Wow! You are going to have tomatoes coming out of your ears with that lot! You must have one heck of a vegie patch.
Cheers,
Dee.

I have access to almost unlimited growing space, Dee, but I'll probably give about a third of the toms away to others to grow. I'm spreading the heirloom tomato gospel in this country, y'see.

Good stuff, Grub. They would be safer travelling with Ray. Don't know how the locals would take to ripe green toms. They're still getting their heads around the promised mahogany of Cherokee Chocolate. They're fond of a green tom, though, in their salads. They just harvest early for the purpose. Can't say I get off on the taste.
