From left to right, Spooks Polish, Marianas Peace, Akers West Virginia, Black Krim, Kellogs Breakfast, Brandywine and Brandy Boy. Behind them is a batch of Relish made yesterday.

Done deal Adam, but how are we going to trade? BTW I think a bowl made by you would be worth more than one jar, and be aware that the relish I make is spicy but also sweet.

Mantis, what recipe did you use for the relish? Any chance of you sharing it with us?

Spatz its just the EzySauce relish recipe but the missus loves it. I will email the recipes that EzySauce sent me if you like.

Big Brown eggs n some nice lookin relish :), now me knows where ta stop by for brekky on me way down chasing some of them KG Whiting lol..

They are on the way Peter, the green tomato pickles are really good too, I made a batch last year. I up the amounts of curry and mustard in the relish recipe just a tad, because I like the taste.
The tommys I use for the green tomato pickles last year were a hybrid with thick skin, but were perfect me thinks for the pickles.
