Cherokee Purple Tomatoes

I received some heirloom tomato seeds from the Diggers Club and successfully propagated them. However, there was no names for the different kind that fruited. Overall, they were a poor crop, mainly because of the recent very hot weather.
I was very disappointed and wanted to know a little more about them, so went to this forum, where I became very interested in the various types that members have grown.
The Cherokee Purple sounds like a real winner and I would be very grateful if I could get some seeds.
Raymondo said he had some seeds and would send me some.
However, I don't seem to be able to send him an email.
Please help

Email me John and I'll send you plenty. And some others to try. Cheers, Grub, who just picked a Cherokee Purple :) |

Hi John, I just ate my first CP for the season. This is my third season growing them. It was a wonderful tomato. And there are now more to come. Production is sporadic, good some years, patchy others. The flavour this year is the best ever. But then all my tomatoes taste wonderful this year. I will always grow Cherokee Purple. Cheers, Grub :) |
