Nectarine problem follow up

| The fruit ripens unevenly with one part still hard while the other is soft and bruised looking.( as if it is over ripe) Can anyone advise what this bruising might be? Is it some kind of disease? |

Possible checklist for future research: sunburn - can tell because discolouration happens just after a heat wave on particular sun-exposed surfaces. Answer is sufficient water and to drape it with shade/cloth on the nightmare days. Brown rot. Fruit fly. Nutritional disorders |
