Infomation on growing lithops in Australia

hello all. i'm a newbie to growing cacti and succulents. but i want to start a collection of lithops (and similer living rocks). i was wondering if anyone had any success growing them in vic/nsw. Because i live the border, and i need any infomation that will help me. i was thinking about buying them off tarrex.com. also how do you care for them, shade sun. what kind of containers. soil type. watering etc. thank you in advance to all thoses that give me any infomation. I'm in SE QLD & have no problems growing Lithops. I grow mine in commercial cactus mix in full sun. Make sure you don't overwater them, if in doubt, don't.
Tarrex have a good range but a minimum order. If you don't want to spend so much, I bought two off ebay that are doing well. My other I bought at the QLD Cactus show.
