Can anyone tell me it's name

I am not sure what this is. It had no tag when I bought it?
Does anyone know what it is and whether it gets flowers etc.

Hello Jan, its Echeveria runyonii "Topsy Turvy", the small flowers are quite pretty and are red. It's called Topsy Turvy because the leaves appear upside down compared to other Echeverias.

OK, CP. Let's try this one for comparison: Aeonium arboreum var, albovariegatum or just drop the var.. She looks a bit dry so it's hard to tell. -CJ
