What is it?

I am extremely new to succulents but I did purchase a lovely little plant at the years before MIG&FS it was shaped like a brain and darker green with a almost white rim on the top of the wavy bits. (Sorry I am really new to this). I lost it to the birds who just took the lot and left a lonely pot. Unfortunately now name on it and the exhibitors I got it from sold up - Paradise thinks it may be an Euphorbia - cristata but I have this one and it has warts on it and the colour is all wrong. I don't think it was a cacti as it had no spikes on it.
Can anyone help given my terrible description and advise where to maybe try to purchase one, and tell me what a good book for beginners would be for me to buy.
Thanks Leyla |

| Hi leyla, don't know much about succulents, it may be one of the echeverias? Type that in a google search and go from there. You may find something that looks similar in one of the succulent websites. Don't know if that helps. Good luck |
