Black stuff on Crassula

Has anyone seen anything like this on their Jade plants before? They don't wash off or move, and if I can pull one off it's just raw flesh underneath. They're just flat on the skin of the leaves, and don't seem to have spores or anything, but are just black/dark brown speckly marks. The marks are always on the underside and/or lower sides of the leaves. I've not really seen any bugs or anything on or around it.
I've tried a sulphur-based fungicide which doesn't seem to have changed anything, really. Any ideas?
Lis :)

Here is a link that might be useful: Black stuff on compact Crassula ovata

P.S. Those other whitey/yellow marks are the fungicide I sprayed on.

Could be a mould type thingy or a tiny scale ,get some Hortico White oil or PestOff ,mix 10ml to a liter of water and spray with that .
