Hi, I am interested in the using Pereskiopsis species as grafting stock for seedlings, and also for experimental grafting of areoles (still not widely researched and known). If anyone has information where this plant could be obtained, please let me know, unless you have some yourself...

Hi, I also tried to find Pereskiopsis but I could not find. I think there is no Pereskiopsis in Australia. I use Hyloceleus as a seedling grafting stock. I graft 40 days-old seedling onto Hyloceleus tip. Grafting stoks are both of with root and without root. Ariocarpus, Astrophytum and Lophophora have been grafted and grown well. Frank

I have been after them for a while now in Oz. The few that do have it are using it. I can get some from germany but 50/50 chance of it getting through customs. If someone has some please let us know. I also want to graft seedlings. I have Lophies grafted onto myrtilo and tricho's but I want to see the gr8 results of grafting seedlings onto Pereskiopsis Velutina. The results are supposed to be amazing. Cheers, Adrian
