I have started my rock garden and have quite a few adeniums, I know they like to be root bound but would it matter if I put some out in the raised ground, do they grow as well ?

Yes they would be ok . I have two ground planted.
If you are planting in amoungst rocks raise the caudex up a bit so you can see the caudex in the rocks.

Thanks Kev, a few of them have lovely cordex's so I'll make sure to keep them well up.
