what is this stuff on my cacti #2

right,
it is the same cacti, i have removed most of the scaley stuff to reveal that the plant undrneath is looking a bit yellow.

i also got a couple of shots of the bugs that i think may be causing this stuff. if anybody knows what they are and if you know of any natural way to kill them i would appreciate if you could tell me.

if not then i will probably use some insectacides, probably rogor.
any thoghys will be appreciated

Gidday Ed,

Looks like some of the bugs are scale. Either way, it looks like natureal or hand methods might not be enough. I'd water the plant with a mix of Rogor. This systemic should do the trick.

Also another good thing I do, is when I repot my plants, I include some of David Gray & Co "Systemic Insecticide Granules". This systemic insecticide is granulated and is good in the mix and gives a few months protection.

Hi Edzo. Be sure to follow the safety directions carefully when you use Rogor. You need to dress up almost as for chemical warfare. It is dangerous stuff if used incorrectly. Regards Didge.
