Helped before with identification

I was helped before with pictuie of my echeveria runyonii and have made a horrible mistake by trimming the plant and removing what I have been told are the flower stalks. It just looked funny so I took them off. Could kick myself now but it should recover. Now can any kind personm identify these three cacti for me and advise on the types of flowers if any. Top pic looks like an Echinopsis, not unlike the oldfashioned E. eyriesii, though there are hybrid cultivars like this too. They all have dramatic large flowers, some night-blooming.

Bottom pic is a Euphorbia, possibly E. lactea.
