Selenecereus grandiflorus, Queen of the Night
I would like to inform you that after six years my night flowering cactus has two buds. I will be watching every night with camera in hand for the coming event. I have grown this beauty from a slip. It is now approx. three feet long on some stems. One stem has two branches with a flower bud on each. It is growing under a gum tree, gets no special attention and we have temps ranging from -5deg to 48deg. Most of my cacti and succulents have flowered very well this year. must be the hot temps and no rain.
Will keep you posted. Cheers Jancc

Ooh, congratulations! You'll have to make something special with it's first fruit too, in celebration!
