The Hunter Valley African Violet Society promotes growing beautiful African Violets and other members of the Gesneriaceae family. We meet monthly, each meeting has a mini show, sales table, individual help table and a meeting topic. Visitors are very welcome.

Our judged Annual Show is the first weekend in May, open to the public Saturday 1:30-4:30 and Sunday 10-4. Potting demonstrations, lucky door prizes. Plants, leaves,potting mix etc available for sale.
Membership/Dues:
$10 or $15 a couple per year.
Publications:
Six informative newsletters per year.
Meetings/Conventions:
Meetings are the fourth Sunday of the month (except Dec)at Club Macquarie (next to Cockle Creek railway station), Lake Rd Argenton. Start at 2pm, library, sales, help table from 1:30.
