The Friends' goal is to support and increase community awareness of the gardens of the Royal Botanic Gardens & Domain Trust, incl. the National Herbarium, Mount Annan and Mount Tomah. We offer activities, plant sales, member privileges and raise funds for special projects.
Developed around permaculture & organic principles, next to beautiful Lake Kurwongbah, 30km nth of Brisbane, this 7.5ac farm has a 2000m2 food forest, bush style gardens, keylined & swaled paddocks. The property has been a test ground for Biochar development since 2005.
